Linux stopped working again... (BIOS related) PLEASE DELETE

I have found that the BIOS has nothing to do with it this time. Can a mod please delete this thread? Thanks!

Here goes...

I built a computer a while ago. Linux ran fine, and so did everything else. I decided to update the BIOS so I could use AMD's newer CPUs. After that, linux decided to quit working. Basically, anything with the word linux on it, wouldn't work at all.

Finally it was determined that the BIOS was the cause. So I downgraded back to the version that was compatible with linux. Yay! Linux was back. MSI later released a new BIOS that was compatible with both AMD's new CPU and Linux.

This worked for a while... Now Linux won't boot again for somereason.

My motherboard: MSI 890FXA-GD70

I've disabled IOMMU because I've heard of several other distros being crippled by it. But no luck.

Any info or pointers would be cool :)
