Liquid Cooling Installation Help!

Im building my system from scratch and its gonna have a Swiftech h20-220 ultra I was wondering when to install it. Do i do it like a normal fan/heatsink right after i install the cpu in the motherboard, wait till the mother board is in the case or at the very end?

i've never build a water cooling system. But i would probably install the whole thing in the case. mobo - cpu - cpu heatsink. At the end you can do all the tubing.

Well, test it outside of your case for about 48 hours, to make sure there aren't any leaks... Don't hook the water blocs to anything though, just incase it leaks!
