liquid nitrogen posibilitys

A water chiller is somewhat better than any conventional water cooling setup. Basically it IS a conventional water cooler setup, but run through a container/reservoir that holds VERY cold ware (say water and ice) to cool the water far below ambient. These often cause condensation though, be careful.

Phase change is also expensive, but it's the best for practical overclocking. It comes with good insulation already (unlike water chillers) so you won't have to worry much about condensation. jsut watch your ambient temperature, and you'll be pretty safe. on humid days you might be a little nervous lol.

The Finnish record is 5.127Ghz and was cooled using liquid nitrogen, though one of the guys was pouring some of it now and then. And in Finland it's not too hard to get it actually, they bought it from a place that's almost like a gas station. But they also tried using a refridgerator compressor and some "dry ice". And I don't suggest using liquid nitrogen, you can easily get a "LN-wrist". And that ain't good.
