literature on networking and servers?

I just got a IT job at a local college in a student work program. They teach you everything you need to know on the job, however I want to learn off the job as well. So what would be some good suggested books on the subjects of servers, basic and advanced networking, VOIP and Ethernet cable hub management?

for networks I would probably just start with a Network+ certification book, it is pretty basic and will get your feet wet without concentrating on 1 particular vendor.

for servers it depends on what servers you are using, im going to assume it is windows so I would either buy a Server 2008 pocket administrators guide (or whatever you are using)

the ethernet cable hub management and VOIP will most likely be discussed in the Net+ book but if you want to get deep into VOIP probably need to get a book on it more than likely by cisco.
