little help please

a site that i use was recently hacked and seemed to be sending everyone trojans, the sites fine now but one of the members is having a funky issue.

now ive just emptied my recycle bin, and there was still paper at the top indicating it was full, so i went to empty it and it said "are you sure you want to delete windows?". but theres nothing visible in the recycle bin. is this a bad thing? will it delete my windows if i press it? what can i do to fix it? did the trojans do it off here?

also my msn keeps crashing for no reason. whats going on people?

wondered if anyone else has experienced this and might have an idea as to whats the issue. He has run AVG on it and it seems to have removed said trojan. Have asked him to run hijack so hopefully have something from that soon too
