Okay,
A) I would like to know how much would be a reasonable price for this system.
b) are they power supply and cooling systems suficient?

All comments welcome.

PS- I am just checking the make of the video card with the seller

Its all depend on the brand. Dell, I think charges around $1200. I think a small Retailer would charge around $1000. This is all USD pricing. If your not sure and think he ripping you off. Just go and research, go to different store around you see what their prcing for a similar computer.

2) Sufficient for what?
Games -yes
Just working -yes

Your mobo is a PCI-E and the video card you mention says AGP.
Why get that mobo with integrated graphics and a new video card. Drop the mobo with integrated vid. Stay away from Sis chipset.
You don't supply enuf info to guess at price. There are brand names misssing.

The mobo you have listed is a PCI-E for the video card. The video card you have listed is an AGP card. They will not work together, you must have a AGP mobo and AGP video card or A PCI-E mobo with a PCI-E video card. Are you using an exsisting vid crd?
I would suggest a mobo like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813130491 with a 6600gt video card PCI-E ($150). This is an upgrade from the mobo listed by you.
You do not list brand and model of Ram, it makes a difference.
The PSU included with the case may not be powerfull enough even though it says 400watts. All PSU's are not created equal, look for the amperage stats for the 12v line, should be a minimum of 20 amps for your system. Get a Brand name PSU if necessary.
The monitor you have listed is nice and big, however look at the specs for response time, for gaming you want a 8ms response time or better (4).

CASE/PSU - 25USD
MOBO - 90USD
RAM - 35USD
CPU - 260USD
HDD - 75USD
CRT - 60USD
OPTICAL - 60USD for both
VIDEO - Not enough information
KYBD+MOUSE+SPK = 35USD

The PSU is probably sufficient to power the machine up but i would not trust it any further than that

He means the videocard and the motherboard are incompatible. So either get a PCIE videocard or get an AGP motherboard

You buy a different PSU
