Trying again to Wipe a computer clean

Gentlemen/gentlwomen:

I have a Dell GX 280 with XP pro installed. There are two systems installed. Again I ask how to wipe the system clean and start over with the XP pro CD. I can not seem to do this. I can not read pdf files online and many online pdf files are not configured to be downloaded. I am not sure if having two systems is the problem but I want to get rid of what I have. I want to wipe the system clean – how do you do this? Many thanks.

Boot to the XP CD, after it load files and gets to the harddrive setup page. Delete both partitions create and new one, format and install
