logging in help

For my web hositng company I am using Plesk, it used to be fine but now when I login it redirects me back to the login screen.

I deleted cache nad cookies, then allowed ALL cookies and it allowed me to create 1 domain account however, i need to create more and no matter what I do, it wont let me.


Please issue your suggestions ?

Contact the company, let them know your having problems.

BUT, have you installed any antivirus software recently? Firewall?
 
I contacted them and they are not having the trouble I am having, so it seems to be my computer.
I use Zone Alarm and AVG, thats about it.

I heard it could be something to do with PROXY settings, what do you know about these ?
 
Please help someone, this is effecting me really bad.

How do I disable PROXY ?

Please suggest ANY method to solve this.

I am trying to access my plesk control panel to manage my hostign company.
