Is this power supply any good? For $14 it seems pretty cheap to me and haven't heard of that brand...

Also I'm going to be using it on this rig I have:

That's not a very good power supply... It's only got 16A on the 12v rail. If you're going to do anything beyond basic onboard video, I'd suggest at least getting a duel rail with around 25-30A
 
o ya. you could have a nice system run on that :)

mid-level graphics card could run on that... e.g. 9600GT
