Hi all, I've got some Best Buy gift cards to spend and looking to maybe blow it on a PC headset. After looking, the Logitech G430 looks like a good deal and I love the blue and black accents and whatnot and I like Logitech most of the time.

I'd be using it for Skype, a few in-game chats, maybe some microphone sound recording and just to listen to games, music and movies.

Does this seem like a good idea?

I've heard really good things about them. They're 7.1 surround sound so they should sound nice and help with hearing those foot steps in FPS games. I plan to pick up a pair myself once after i get my Blue Yeti's so tell me how they are after you pick them up :)
