Logitech G500s v Corsair Vengeance M65

My current mouse is in really bad shape (both the rubber sliders have came off) It was cheap in the first place and has low sensitivity. I also have a problem with lifting it up off my desk when I get into heated firefights. I don't even notice I'm doing it until I notice I can't move in game.
The new mouse I get will almost be only for FPS games.

I like that this one comes with 27grams of extra weight. It seems to have gotten more positive reviews also.
I like the feature of the changeable scroll wheel function.
The only downside this mouse seems to have over the other one is it doesn't feature a easily assessable one click button to change DPI quickly.

The main upside to this one is the one click change to any DPI you want. Good for sniping and changing to another weapon or pistol quickly.

It is more to do with how it feels than reviews. Try them out and then see.

Personally, I would go with the Logitech, however I have gone from an MX518 to my current G400, which is essentially the same mouse just with another name and different aesthetics. That is a very personal thing though because the size and shape is perfect for my hand size and grip, you may be different.

There are those that I know who prefer the less shaped mouse like the Corsair, but like I say, it is personal preference.

the DPI thing, the Logitech's is just as good. The difference between one setting and the other is huge and I believe you can make it even more so in the Logitech panel., so you stick it in the middle, then when you snipe knock it down one, then when you come back set it back. It will take a little bit of practice to do this without thinking if you have never had to do it before, but it is the same as the Corsair, just one button for up, the other for down instead of a single one.

If you have a computer shop nearby selling them, go and try them out if you can and see which you prefer, otherwise go with whichever is most similar to your current mouse if you like the feel of it under your hand.

Thanks aastii for clearing that up for me. Unfortunately I don't have any computer stores close to me.
I'm going to be going with the Logitech. It looks like it would be shaped better for me.
