Logitech g502 Scroll Wheel Issue

I just got my logitech g502 and the scroll wheel makes this really weird crunching sound and its terrible to scroll with. Here is a video I took:

Is this normal?
 
Kinda sounds normal to me. I've seen other mice be that loud. I don't have any experience with that particular mouse though.
