Logitech mouse usb device not recognized I tested on 5 PCs

Dear Experts

I have got logitech mouse G305 I tried it on 3 laptops and 2 desktops in total 5 computers windows 10 and 11 all of them I am having this message :

usb device not recognized the last usb device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it

Does that means I need to toss mouse to rubbish ?

As long as other usb devices work as they should then yes as there is an issue with it so it's garbage

Yes I did switch it one and yes battery is new as well
I have got two of those mice one white and other is blue
