logitech problems

Hi!
I Have recently bought the MX 620 Cordless Laser Mouse but i can't properly install it. I also have Media Keyboard Elite and in my Setpoint I can only "see" the keyboard. As if the mouse wasn't installed. It works but I can't configure all the buttons on the mouse. What can I do to "see" the mouse in Setpoint?

Google mouse is not detected in logitech setpoint.

Do you use ZoneAlarm on your computer? Some Vista users that had ZoneAlarm experienced their mouse was not detected in Setpoint. Upon uninstalling ZoneAlarm, Setpoint detected the mouse.

Hey Breakx what was the problem? i too have Avira, should i uninstall Avira, install setpoint, then reinstall AV?
