Changes the theme of the windows logon screen, I don't think any software for vista will be coming out any time soon though, just because I think most people will be happy with Vista's look.
well ive seen on win customize they have logon screens u can dld, but i cant find the driver/program to dld it. its just a program that u can change the background when u choose ur accounts. thats all
