LoL from flash drive?

I've been trying to get LoL to run from my flash but I am missing files. On opening it says "missing d3dx9_39.Dll" which I'm pretty sure is from the DirectX download. I can't get it to open a folder menu on download though, it only wants to download to my PC...

You're not gonna be able to run it from a flashdrive. It installs additional files on the main computer.
 
Some games will let you just straight up copy files and run the executable, but they're the minority. LoL needs a fresh install.
