longest is about 3 weeks when i went on holiday, forgot to turn it off, lol. Well, at least all my downloads finsihed, he he.
 
I have an old terminal machine sitting in my basement, it's wierd
Every 108 mintues i have to run downstairs and enter the number 4 8 15 16 23 42 and press excute. When the timer has only 4 minutes remaining it will start to beep, i must enter the number in that time.

No sure how long the machine has been running but Desmond the guy before me said he had been here for 3 years.

I dont know what will happen if i dont enter the numbers on time

Our family computer has stayed on for about a month at one time. The one in my sig has been on for a week straight.
 
i just about always turn my off daily. the only other thing that will happen is i will standby at night by accident.

so you wake up every 108 minutes to do that? what if you sleep and it goes beyond 108 minutes?

Darn I'm going against my own policy!

Normally I'm strictly against unnecessary resource hogs like DesktopX & such. But after seeing your desktop I actually started using ONE widget,
don't tell my fellow tweak friends. lol

It's actually quite useful instead of the networking monitor in the task manager etc. Now I can lie on the sofa and still keep track of how things are going. :)

As for the topic, I reboot after several months, a few weeks, a few days, all depending on how much traffic I've got during the specifik period, and on what machine. :)
But stuff like OS/driver updates etc obviously plays a part here as well.

My computer has been on for 9 Days and 10 Hours, but i must turn it off since im bring it to a friends house :( I'll be back when i beat my old record :)
