Which is better for a new computer the installed 4500x integrated graphics, or my very old geforce 4ti 4600 graphics card? (Does this card effect power supply?)

Whats the best card you can get that wont make me have to buy a better power supply from a stock setup?

I can tell you that the Geforce 4ti 4600 card from your old computer is an AGP card and will not work in most modern computers as they have gone to the PCI-e interface for video cards. Very few if any new computers would come with an AGP expansion slot.

I will also say that you should expect the x4500 integrated graphics to perform near nearly as well or better than the GeForce 4ti 4600 as it is several years newer and the core clock is 800MHz vs 300MHZ with support for DX10.0 vs 8.1 and OpenGL 2.1 vs 1.4. Everything I can find says the x4500 will outperform your old video card.
