So, this is the new build I am going to try:

Motherboard
Asus M4A785TD-V Evo ($100)

CPU

AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Deneb 3.2 GHz 4x512 KB L2 Cache Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor ($216)

RAM

Corsair XMS3 4GB Dual Channel DDR3 RAM ($100)

Video Card

SAPPHIRE 100297L Radeon HD 5830 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card w/ ATI Eyefinity Technology ($216)

Hard Drive

Western Digital Caviar Black 750 GB ($75)

DVD Burner

Forget that I'm using my old one lol

Case

Thermaltake V3 Black Edition Mid Tower Case ($35)

Power Supply

Corsair CMPSU-450VX 450-Watt ($45)

Total: $917 (the extra 130 is for a monitor, mine sucks )

P.S. Would all of these parts work together? Is this all that is necessary to make it work? (I can't go much higher budget wise) OH! Can I put a 64 bit windows 7 thingie on here?

PSU not work - 500 Watt or greater power supply with two 75W 6-pin PCI Express power connectors recommended

Are you from US?
Western Digital Caviar Black 750 GB - newegg selling it at $60
Phenom II x4 955 should cost $160

Yes, I am from the US, the "two 75W 6-pin PCI Express power connectors" Does that normally come with a PSU?
