Looking for a AGP video card.

What is the best AGP video card a dell dimension 4300 ccould use with a pentium 4 1.6ghz and 512mb of ram. I am unsure if the AGP slot is 2x or 4x if there is some way I can tell for certain would like to know that as well. This would be for gaming so something reasonable high end but that would work with my system.
 
Look closely at your slot, how many little kinks, or dividers does it have? If the slot is broken into three segments with two dividers that is an 8X slot, of its only got one divider, the its a 2X 1X slot. I guess you can still get the X850 cards and 6600 in AGP form. But I would seriously advise you to upgrade that the supply for AGP cards dwindle, the price will rise, so I think its more economical to get a PCI-E system and have a wider range to choose from.
