Looking for a better file manager

My smartphone's file manager lists all of the files I've downloaded. With about 2,000 files, there's inevitable duplication. So, for example, I can have duplicate files labeled say ab12ed... which I can go through the file manager and dump out a file to free up space on my SD memory card (the alternative is to go through my gallery which is inconvenient to do).

I would like a file manager from the Android market that gives a list of duplicate files so I can more readily eliminate duplicate files. Any recommendations?

Considering that many users rate it a five star and doesn't use much memory (only 201 KB), worth a try.

I'll give you a report next month. Thanks.

Turns out I didn't need a better file manager after all.

Someone might find it interesting that I have two folders set up. First I download into one
folder. Then when I do a c + p from one folder into the other one and it has the same exact file, I get a message about a file override and I dump out one of the files which helps avoid a duplicate file (still possible to get a duplicate file under these circumstances so a review of my thumbnails from the gallery helps to further cut down on duplicates).

Problem solved.

I'm improving on my system of file transfer. Instead of doing the files one at a time, I've just discovered it can be done in groups by checking off "select all." which speeds up the process tremendously. Recently I transferred over 100 files and freed up 147 MB of space on my card (after I fill up the card, I'm going to compress all the files).
