So I've been using a CoolerMaster Storm Scout case for my PC over the past 6 months or so, and I am becoming displeased with it. Although the cooling is good with the case, I just find it so damn noisy and the transparent side panel is not something I need as it can only fit under my desk. In addition, it attracts a lot of dust and it's a pain having to clean the inners all the time.
Anyhow, so I'm looking for a budget ATX Mid-Tower case which is noise isolating and preferably has a good seal for stopping dust. Also, if it's possible at a low price, a good ventilation/cooling design would be great too. I'm not looking for a pretty looking case, as I am more interested in performance rather than looks, so if it just looks like a solid metal and plain box, still provide me a link or name and I'll check it out
