Looking for a decent comp that can run a game

I dont want to break my wallet, but what are some comps that could run bfme 2 in high detail with little to no lag?

Max settings
Intel Pentium 4 3.2GHz or above/AMD Athlon 64 3200+ or above
2GB DDR memory
Geforce 6800GT or above/Radeon X800XL or above/All SLI systems
are the specs to run at max, (crt screen preffered, if Im correct thier cheaper anyways...
If its utterly impossible to get this at a low price in a prebuilt, any surefire ways to build one or get a slightly lesser quality?

Also, a gig+ of ram would be great, and is there any place you know of where I could ditch my current comp( a dell) for some cash, or would I just have to sell it online. And are dell printers compatible with other comps?

The graphics card I am selling (link in sig)?

LCDs are not nesesarily more expensive than CRTs. I would recommend at least a 17" LCD..

Well, as of now I dont have enough cash to likely get what is listed, the idea was to get a price idea, then gather the cash accordingly.
Basic idea of how much that would run me? You didnt list a case it would seem

You can build an okay comptuer for $500, without Windows or monitor, key, or mouse. You are looking at, say $1000, maybe as low as $750 with everything you need as well as monitor, keyboard, mouse, and windows.
