Good Budget, now you have to choose whether to buy a build one, or to build yourself?, obviousely Alienware will be the one, As well as other good makes could be Cyberpower.
You have to say whether your games are Demanding or not,
But Good computer must have Intel core 2 Quad, or eqiavalents, Nvideo Geforce GTX250 or higher with 1 gb, also or eqiavalents,
good audio Card, Network Adaptor, Mobo, storage (recommend Samsung TB drive 720rpm, or WD TB)
Other people will tell you other specs, and you will be able to choose, i do not recommend to go to I7, as very similiar to Quad core in terms of power.
