Looking for a good slim case low power card

I've got a Dell Inspiron 531S slim case which comes with PSU of about 300W.

I'm trying to find the best card for casual gaming (Pirates of the Caribbean Online) and I might get into others - who knows.

The folks at XFX reccomended this one:
XFX PVT94GYALG GeForce 9400 GT 512MB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready

I thought a good comparison is this one:

SAPPHIRE 100252L Radeon HD 4550 512MB 64-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported

At the upper end of my price range I was considering this one:
ATI 100-505533 FireMV 2260 256MB GDDR2 PCI Express x16

Just so you know I'm not speaking from any real knowledge here, just what I read in the last couple of days. I'm not looking to run anything spectacular, or connect this to my tv or anything. Just play some games on a fairly low end pc.
Thanks for your help.

Well first of all you can rule out the FireMV card, as it's a workstation card and won't game for its life. As for the other two, the ATI card comes with a slim card bracket while the Nvidia one looks like it doesn't, so it's probably a more convenient buy.
