Ok, i need help on how to tell a graphic card is better than the other. For example the MhZ. Im so new to this =(

You can't really compare cards on just MHz. There are a of other factors that determine what the performance levels are. The best way to look up what the performance is of a card is to look up benchmarks and reviews. Comparing MHz only works when the the cards are the same type. Like one GTS 450 to another.
