Looking for a great heat sink and fan for my machine.. want to overclock...

my temp reading range between 40-45 degrees C idle... i want to bring that way down.. i dont wanna go water cooling just because its very pricy.. what do u guys suggest i get.
 
Between the Dark Knight and the V8, the dark knight looks more heavy duty and the V8 looks more sleek and stylish (if you want to choose also from looks)
 
just looking for something that will bring my temps down considerably.. i mean ya my temps run from 40-45 degrees C idle.. but when i run prime95, by the second test i hit 75-85 degrees on all cores ... im trying to find somethign that will keep me around 50 degrees C so i can overclock a bit since my processor can support it...

The prolimatech megahalems is the best air cooler, followed by the true. Another good cooler is the V8, and then the Dark knight is a great semi-budget cooler, but certainly not the absolute best money can buy.
