looking for A LOT of help!!! PLEASE!!

one thing i may add; i reccomend just buying a microphone individually (the logitech usb one on newegg for 20) instead of a headset because you dont lose the sound coming out of your speakers and you can talk with it alot easier (no comfortablility issues)
 
too the motherboard issue- yea its not the greatest, the dfi lanparty would be a much better investmet, esp. if you wanna OC
 
I have no clue how to really OC at all...do you hink i would ever use it in the future? and ive heard that the bios on the DFI lanparty one are incredibly complex. i know nothing about bios yet...am i basically screwed? like should i just give up on making a comp?
