looking for a micro atx mobo

I'm in the market for a good Micro-Atx motherboard that will support the upcomming q9450 i cant seem to find one cheers

Case - Thermaltake Lanbox Light
Mobo -
psu -
video card - 8800GT
ram - 4GB ddr2 800mhz


Just did a little research and found this Asus P5e-VM
what do you think and also are there any better?
NEEDS to support the upcomming intel q9450

That's a P35C-DS3R, it's ATX, the P35 is only used in ATX, G33 is mATX.
