Looking for a monitor, ideas?

Im looking for a computer monitor that I can hook my laptop up to and eventually, my first build.

I have looked online but Im not sure what quality I would get for ~$125 USD and still try to remain with a widescreen format (and possibly with 19"?).

Any ideas?

I'd try to bump it up to $150. You won't get anything with a response time under 3ms for $125. Here is a good one:
