Looking for a netbook, for my sister :D

Hello! I am looking for a netbook that will be a able to run office and play some videos, like youtube and windows media player. Almost every single one I found has Atom 1.6GHz, 1GB of RAM and Intel Intel 945GSE. Is this setup capable of doing these things?
