Plenty of room for big gfx cards,Currently have a 4890 in there which is quite long!
You can buy a modded side panel for it,However its better and cheaper to do it yourself!
You might want to add a budget to your post though,Helps out alot

Lian Li PCX-1000 fits all of your criteria, though its not cheap.

Where does it say the RC-690 has dust filters?
It does i have one
The only place it doesnt have filters is on the top....and the side panel.
all the front + drive bays have filtering material which you can remove and clean.

But your sig says you have a Dominator 690, not an RC-690 as you posted the link for.

The CM690 Pure Edition has fan filters on the top, front, and side. Plus a side window, plenty of room even for a 5870. I have 5 120mm case fans in mine right now.
Best case out their for the money.

There are only 300 of the Pure Black Models around, if you look hard enough you can find one.Matters not, I guess, since I can't get one.

All of the 690 models have a front fan filter, plus a layer of foam in each of the drive bay covers, and they act as dust filters.

deffinately +1!!! but as was said, depends on budget.
I don't know about US, but in UK I can only find tho 2000, and that is £340+ , so not too good if you are on a tight or even average budget
