Looking for a new game

i am looking for sum recommendations of sum new PC games to try out, i play COD4, Americas Army, F.E.A.R, but im looking for sumthin new, im mainly into FPS but im willing to try out other ones just not RPG's i could just never get into them. THANKS
 
Well If you want something different probably a strategy game like Civ 4 or C&C ,that is if you want to break away from the FPS genre and dont like rpg's.
 
If you have never played it, you have to just to rofl at tequila time and shotgunned melons :P john woo stranglhold

If you want something new, try an RTS game, Warcraft, starcraft, command and conquer, civilisation would be good places to start.

If you want something REALLY out of the way, get steam and look at the indie games, i am still addicted to audiosurf after having it for quite a while
 
warning: counter strike may be the most addicting game ever.

no matter what new games i play i always find myself going back to CC, now in its Source iteration.
all the half life games are awesome. also, i just finish playing Lost Planet, it's ok but it was ported from xbox, so the interface is console based, good game though.
 
Crysis, Crysis Warhead, and Half Life 2 are excellent.

I don't think so about HF2. In my opinion, it's too boring... e.g. graphics, gameplay, maybe also storyline (but HF1 was very good game:). I agree with u about Crysis and Crysis Warhead... they're really interesting and exciting games.
I advice you to try Assassin's Creed (if you've never played it before), and Chronicles of Riddick Assault on Dark Athena (i have not played it yet... i don't have a crack)))) hey, americans, when will u release it, ah?!)

HL2 was a strange animal, did you play through the later episodes?
