Looking for a program...

Hello.
I am looking for a program, that will allows me to graphically build and construct.
Tunnels, highways, overpasses.
Pretty much anything related to traffic.
I'll also need trees and buildings and stuff in the background.
What would you recommend?
Oh and i also need it to be relatively simple to use.

It will cost you a lot of money, but Autodesk's Civil Design application is probably one of the most industry standard ones out there. Autodesk support and licensing sucks balls just so you know. They are just as bad, if not in some cases worse than Microsoft.
