What determines a good power supply? I thought decent wattage and a higher Amps would be better.Maybe you should check the Corsair CMPSU 450VX that shows 33 amps at a good price also.Just a suggestion.

What determines a good power supply?

Mainly, a well known and trusted manufacturer, who's products are not likely to fry your system. Check out the PSU Good/Bad list here.

Anything listed above should be fine. I usually go with OCZ or Hiper PSU's, they seem to do the job. Any in the good section of that list should be fine, although some in the bad don't entirely deserve to be there.
