Looking for a special keyboard ;)

Hello people!
I have recently been replacing almost everything about my pc, from buying new specs, to buying new monitors and peripherals. Now, it's time to switch my keyboard.
I use my pc mainly for gaming and everytime I play a new game, I always have to make a decision: Should I play it with my keyboard or with my xbox 360 controller?

Now, there are plenty of advantages for controllers, but the main thing that always makes me choose the controller over the keyboard, is the fact that its keys are a lot more comfortable and sensitive.
For example, when playing a game with a controller, I can choose to walk, run or jog in videogames, because I can choose how hard I want to press the joystick. That can't be done with my keyboard.

LONG STORY SHORT: I'm looking for a keyboard that would allow me to push its keys in a way that would allow me to have a wider spectrum of movement in videogames, other than just standing still or jogging. Do such keyboards even exist? If so, what's the name of this type of keyboards?

I have never heard of it. A keyboard really isn't meant for gaming.

You could always make your own, would be interesting.

I thought keyboards like this exist. I mean, after all, pc gaming has grown to be a huge thing so it definitely seems reasonable for such a keyboard to exist.
Honestly if it doesn't exist it needs to be developed by someone. There are plenty of gamers who don't have the time/knowledge to build such a keyboard on their own.
Heck, if I had the knowledge to invent and market it I'd make a decent amount of money ;D.
With all seriousness, is there anyone else who might have heard of a keyboard that fulfills my needs?

To be honest, keyboard keys are usually sprung in some way so that they release after being pressed. Having a pressure based key would probably be very uncomfortable to use.

Thats why you can use the controllers like you said :-)

Keyboards are binary It's either pressed or it's not pressed. There are no keyboards with analog variable output like what you are after.
