looking for blocking software

hey people...

the issue is that i fill that my son plays very violence computer games and i want to block them for ever.
i'm not at home most of the day so i can't force him get out from this games everytime.
i want to be calm that also when i'm not at home, the list of softwares/games etc' that i decided, will not be able to run on the computer, but by format the hd.

so, shortly, i'm looking for a software that blocks other software forever. without an option to regret.

i'm not so good in computers, so i didn't find yet.
can u help me?

If that is the issue perhaps you need to prevent him from accessing the PC? Create a username and password to log into Windows that he does not know.
 
i don't want to prevent him use the computer at all because he needs it for studing.
i only want to block special apps.

there is no solution for this problem? that no makes sense.
 
I know you can do it with the built in parental controls of Windows, but it's an overall pain in the ass to configure.
 
Before you go that route. It might be best to create him a new user account just for him. Be sure to set him as a standard user.

If you uninstall the game he should not be able to install it again provided that he doesn't have access to an administrator account.

Be sure to change the password to your account so he can't just log on and reinstall the game.

I'm pretty sure that is what Renzore101 was suggesting.
 
Butters has the solution. Just create a limited account and he/she won't be able to install applications. You will have to.
