looking for help building gaming pc

I saw a ULtra x4 1600-Watt Modular Power Supply and thought wow what could a person do with that so I come to you guys on some help building gaming pc that I can over clock the shit out of and not have to upgrade for while. I was also wanting to get in to liquid cooling for some thing this big or is that the wrong way to go.

well, first off, you won't need 1600w of power :P i don't think any rig used for gaming would come close to that without being major overkill (at least right now).

what kind of gaming do you want to do? any preferences (nvidia vs. ati and amd vs. intel)? what kind of budget do you have?

I was looking at doing intel and as for nvidia or ati I am stuck and for gaming just about any thing I like world of warcraft and First-person shooter games the most and for budget I would like to stay around 5,000 the wife said now more then 2,000 but can you really build nice gaming pc for 2,000

do you need peripherals and stuff or do you just need everything inside the case (including the case)?

the entire thing, even with the monitor and that stuff, should not go over $3,000 at the VERY most.

are you looking for max settings with 8x aa on newest games?

sorry for all of the questions but just wanted to get an idea of what you want :P
