I am trying to build a desktop computer with 4 monitors~GAMING AND TRADING purpose~
What would you recommend? I am thinking around $1300 for 2500k or 2600k....
And anyone know how to connect 4 monitor to one computer?

If you already have the monitors, you could maybe push Crossfired 6970s for that budget, but you'd have to take a look. If you don't have the monitors yet, you'll need to cut back quite a bit. AMD's cards have Eyefinity, so they would be your best bet for multiple monitor gaming.
