Her i have $150 to spend on a new motherboard combo, I have an ATX case, and the motherboard i have now is only upgradeable to PIII, I want to get something better, I mostly use the computer for Instant messeging, music, and just surfin around online, not into games or anything like, except for stuff like pogo.com, can anyone search around and leave me some links to check out.

If you don't plan to game that much, I'd look for some Socket 754 Sempron combo. They are fast enough to game, but I would go with an Athlon if you plan to game at all...
As for a motherboard, I'd go with some MSI brand. They are typically quite good and still rather cheap...

It's not a new motherboard no is it socket 754... You'd have to get an intel processor with that one.
