looking for software

i'm looking for this software that i dont even know if exist.
i want to know if there is a prog that gives you each day a word or a couple of word in english (hard dictionary words) so you will try to use in your day, that way you learn know words, i know their is this note book you can buy which does it but is there a program like that?
