looking for some parts

I got some extra computer parts lying around, so I figured I build myself a second computer. I plan on using this computer as a mini server. It will be running Windows, and I want it to run 24/7. So it doesn't need to be powerful or anything, it just needs to work.

Right now, I got the monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers, the operating system, 2GB DDR2 800 RAM, and a 600 watt PSU. I just need the mobo, CPU, HDD, DVD Burner, and case. Integrated graphics would be okay with me. I do want a 500GB hard drive though, since this server will be used mainly as storage. SATA preferred.

I did put some parts together myself and it added up to a total of $320. I was wondering if anyone could find stuff that is cheaper than that. Right now I have $160. Budget is around $160-300.

Total comes to $257.95

I think that covers everything you want, dual core is a good idea for home servers, single core will bog down if you get too many devices trying to get stuff from it at once.
