Looking for very basic HD Video Editing program

Hey,

I'm looking for a very simple program that is able to edit HD videos. All I am realistically looking to do is transition and fade out audio/video. I don't want it to put any watermarks or anything similar.

Recommendations are greatly appreciated.

Edit: I am running Windows 7.
