if you want a good build quality case...get a lian li...coolermaster...tbh to me feels like a cheap case for the most part...

I changed the ram because they had a deal going on and I know Corsair is a good brand also, Same thing with the case.

overall total build cost minus monitor, keyboard, mouse and windows: 720$

Now a couple things I do plan to get in the future are a SDD and then a blu ray disc drive and maybe a couple other cool things, but I know those two things for sure!

Okay, need help! Ive built the computer, I started it up, it sounded okay but im not getting any picture. The monitor is working i know that. I think its the video card. the fans on it are not running. Any suggestions?

Is this the mb? And the card is 6870?

Yes and yes. Sorry i should of been more specific, but i was super tired. Im sure i missed something but i read the manual several times and couldnt figure it out.

I turned on the computer the psu fans are running the case fans are running and so is the CPU fan, the only fans not working are the VC fans which makes me believe it has something to do with it. I get no display signal signal from my monitor which I know is working, I have it hooked up through a HDMI port.

The VC is hooked up snuggly to the PCI port. I also have the power supply hooked up to it.

dounds like a dead on arrival, DOA, so best thing would be to contact newegg first then manufacturer if they won't help, but they should.

Does the mb have a speaker? Do you get any beep codes when you turn on the pc?

It does very faint beeps. I hear everything kick on. om just not getting any signal to the tv and the fans on the video card or not going. Afterletting it run for a while the card was getting hot So its getting power. I think its doa

Did you put the standoffs under the board in the correct places? Got the 4/8 pin CPU power connector in.
