Looking to buy a PC. Is this a good deal?

Im not looking to spend no more than $1000 on a gaming computer, and I came across this Desktop PC on Newegg.com

Im not too computer savvy but I think the only thing thats holding this computer back is its mother board right? But I can eventually upgrade that.
I would love to get other peoples opinions

The best thing to do is build it yourself. You will save money most likely, and you will end up with better quality.

It is no harder to build than a set of legos, given that you can use a screwdriver, and can plug in cables.
