looking to buy desktop no computer experiance

I'm looking for the cheapest (I really mean cheapest) computer to be able to run a browser game called darkorbit on I need it at 60 fps and i'dk I've seen a few things but i'dk whay I'm looking for please help me...
 
Well, I'm willing to bet a dual core CPU could render that game at 60 FPS. What is your budget? Desktop or laptop?
