Looking To Upgrade, Need a Recommendation

I'm looking to update my hardware. I want to get a GTX 980 ti and an intel core i5-3570k. The only problem is I need a compatible motherboard because I have a pre-built with an AMD. My current moptherboard is a MSI 760GM-P23(FX) (MS-7641) version 3.0. I appreciate any help.
