Looking to upgrade

So I was looking to upgrade my case, motherboard and power supply. My cable management is awful, due to my case and lower end power supply. I was also looking to crossfire 6850s, but my current motherboard doesn't support crossfire.

I was looking into the NZXT Phantom, due to its spacious design and awesome air flow.

As far as power supplys go, I was looking at the NZXT hale 90 series, which would go great with a white Phantom case. I wasn't sure whether to get a 650w or 750w version. (I'll list my current system specs at the end of this.)

As for motherboard, I don't quite know what to get. I had a budget of around $100, and was looking at the ASUS M4A79XTD, but then thought that a second 6850 would cover up the Sata connectors, as is whats happening with my current Mirco ATX board with just one 6850.

So if you guys could help me find a motherboard compatible with my current parts (and with Sata connectors on the sides), or just give me some advice about the build I'm going for, I'd greatly appreciate it.

CPU: Phenom II x4 945 @ 3.0 GHz
GPU: HIS Radeon 6850
(My current board supports DDR2 ram, but I have these. If you think this won't fit well with the system, link me some affordable ram.)
Current PSU: Ultra 650w
And I have one CD/DVD drive along with a 464 gb HDD.

Thanks in advance.

EDIT: Woops, posted in wrong board on accident. Could someone move this to the "Desktop Computer" board?

what do you think about this board?

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128441R

seems like a really good price for all the features you get

I was also wondering if the boards you linked had enough 3 pin connectors for all the fans that come with the Phantom, or are there other ways of connecting fans besides plugging them into 3 pin connectors on the mobo?

EDIT: actually, after reading some more reviews on the motherboards you linked, the AsRock 870 Extreme3 seems to be the best bang for you buck, and only $90

You can get adapters to plug your 3-pin fan connections into a molex connection straight off of your PSU.

Good choice of case btw! ;)

That Gigabyte board is a great board. I wouldn't det open box tho because you never know if your going to wind up having to buy data cables.
Here's a pic an specs on the ASRock.

The only problem with the Asrock is, that if I were to crossfire, I'd be covering up alot or slots and ports on the bottom of the board, including the front panel audio one. But that isn't too much of a problem, seeing as how I can always use the ones of the back of the board.

Looks like the second slot up from the bottom might be covered by a double wide card, but that's about it. None of the ports/pins/ header stuff would be near it.
