Looking to Upgrade

I'm looking to upgrade my pc so I could run arma and newer games on max settings. My Specs are in the signature. What would you all recommend? Upgrade parts or build a new pc? I'd rather save the money and upgrade certain parts, but would it be worth it in the end?

Probably looking to just upgrade video card at the moment. 3570k should be more then enough to handle what you want. But with those specs, you should be running arma at highest settings now. Are you not?

I have them at high rn. I'd also like to run mafia at max settings too. Would you recommend getting a second 7970? or buying a new card?
 
alright should I get a gtx 1060 or? trying to budget around $400. Also what company should I buy it from? EVGA sells it for $199, MSI sells it for $300, and Gigabyte sells it for $294. Last thing is I'm thinking of buying more fans or maybe a cooling sytem for my pc. As right now it running aroung 60c-65c on high load.

A GTX 1070 will be such a performance boost compared to your 7970. Like driving a Honda Civic vs a Porsche 911.
