Loop check!

everything looks fine, flow should be okay, why do you need 2 radiators, and swiftech is a good way to go, i have one of those :) if your just cooling a cpu and GPU, you dont need 2 x MCR320

I don't think it too overboard for cooling a B3 Q6600, but its also a just because I found a way to fit it kind of thing, whether or not I get two now will just me a question of money

thanks for the input

Don't buy that premixed colored coolant, most, or all of it will build up in your blocks.

Mix your own, distilled water + antifreeze (about 10-15% antifreeze) to keep it clean and corrosive free. Or, if you want color, get pentosin G11 to mix into it http://www.petrastechshop.com/peg11coadb4o.html

Some people recommend adding a few drops of povidone iodine to keep it clean.

the problem is I was really set on a non-conductive coolant :(
would frequent cleaning help negate these effects?

If it was me in your position i would go for one thermochill PA120.3 , cheaper than 2 MCR, better flow rate, less tubing, less fan noise and it will handle a quad and graphics easyyy

ill work a little bit more on my mod design and see what I can accommodate or not, PA120.3 is still an option although id love to also try out that magicool all copper rad!
